Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with installers, customers and representatives from corporate departments to independently and accurately enter customer information into Mastermind database.- Verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data- Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers and emergency contacts.- Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.- Contact emergency agencies for verification purposes.- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant data entry or Customer Service experience- Computer literate, knowledgeable in Word, Excel and database management capabilities- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and superiors
Must be able to type 45 WPM

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Rotating Weekends and Holidays)
