Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with installers, customers and representatives from corporate departments to independently and accurately enter customer information into Mastermind database.
- Verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers and emergency contacts.
- Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contact emergency agencies for verification purposes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years of relevant data entry or Customer Service experience
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in Word, Excel and database management capabilities
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and superiors
Must be able to type 45 WPM

2 Different Shifts
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Occasional Weekends)
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Rotating Weekends and Holidays)
100 % paid Benefits after 90 days: (Medical/Dental/Vision
Wage: $12.95/hr then at the 90 day mark $13.99
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
